More information about Prophecies of Eternal Darkness

Texan black metal battalion NECROFIER will be entering the legendary Studio G in Brooklyn, NY to record their sophomore full-length with 6x Grammy nominated and 1x Latin Grammy nominated engineer, producer, and musician Joel Hamilton (UNSANE, IGGY POP, TOM WAITS). The band will start recording on July 27. The album will follow up the band’s debut record, ‘Prophecies of Eternal Darkness,’ which was released in October of 2021.
NECROFIER drummer Dobber Beverly explains, “I’ve always been infatuated with sonics and fortunately so are a few of my friends. So we’ve decided to team up with close friend and world famous producer/engineer Joel Hamilton to see what a truly high end black metal record would sound like. As long as we deliver great songs (which we 100 percent have) and stellar performances, we should have a record the black metal world has rarely ever seen. If ever.”
In addition, NECROFIER will be supporting BATUSHKA in Texas (US) this fall!
The full run of shows is as follows:
09/30: Houston, TX @ White Oak Music Hall
10/01: Austin, TX @ Come and Take it Live
